Chief (DR) Isaac Olusola Dada


isaac Educated at both the University of Ibadan and University of Lagos with a BSc. Degree in Economics and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1970 and 1976 respectively. He spent his early career in the Federal Civil Service, where he rose to the post of a Principal Secretary in 1983. He was the Special Assistant to three Secretaries to the Federal Military Government between 1983 and 1988. He later became the Director of Finance and Supplies in the Presidency in 1988. He was appointed Executive Director, of NAL Merchant Bank Plc, in 1993, the position he held until he co-founded ANCHORIA and became the pioneer Chief Executive Officer. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbroker and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. A widely travelled banker, he had attended many courses both in Nigeria and abroad.

Chief Ajibola Ogunsola


Chief Ogunshola holds a B. sc (Honours) degree in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan (1967) and became a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, United Kingdom in 1973, the first black African to become a Fellow of the Institute. He was the representative of the Institute of Actuaries of the United Kingdom in Nigeria from 1973 to 1996 and a member of the International Association of Actuaries.
Chief Ogunshola began his career as a trainee Actuary with Eaglestar Insurance Company, London in 1967. He joined the National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria in 1972 as the first head of life Division from where he joined Niger Insurance Company Limited (now Niger Insurance Plc) as Chief Executive, later Managing Director from 1974 to 1985, the first Nigerian to hold the position. He was Chairman and Managing Consultant of Ajibola Ogunshola & Company (Actuaries & Employee Benefit Consultants) from 1986 to 2004 and Chairman of Alexander Forbes Consulting Actuaries (Nigeria) Limited from 2005 to March 2015.
Over the years, Chief Ogunshola has contributed to the development of many organizations. He was foundation president of the Nigeria Actuarial Society, 1982; Chairman of the Committee of Actuaries that gave Actuarial advice to the United Nations Staff pension Fund from 1987 to 2006; Chairman of the Board of Directors, The Punch Nigeria Ltd, 1987 to 2011; President of Association of pension Fund and Investment Managers (now Association of pension Fund Managers), 2001 to 2003, a Fellow of the Association in 2009 and received a lifetime achievement award in the same year; member, National Political Reform Conference, 2005, president, Newspapers Proprietors’ Association of Nigeria from 2007 to April 2011; member of the South-West delegation to the 2014 National Conference. He is presently the Chairman of Continental Reinsurance pls, a public quoted company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Chief Ogunshola also served on some Government Committees and in other Institutions in several capacities; he was Chairman of the Federal Government Technical Committee on the Review of the Nigerian Civil Service pension Scheme (1988/1989), Chairman of the Presidential Committee on the Harmonization of the public and private sector pension Schemes (Nigeria), 2000; member, relief Committee for victims of the Asian Tsunami Disaster, 2005; Non-Executive Director, News Agency of Nigeria, 2009 to 2011; member, Federal Government panel on Election Violence and Civil Disturbances. 2011; member, Academic Board of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos , 2006 to 2008; Executive Committee of the West African Insurance Companies’ Association, 1976 to 1982; member of the Governing Council of Nigerian Insurers’ Association, 1977 to 1985 and first Chairman of its statistical Committee.

Chief Ogunshola has to his credits several honours, prices and awards which include, amongst several others, Doctor of science in Management (Honoris Causa) from Olabisi Onabanjo University; special media award for Commendable Management of a Media Organization by the Trustees of the Nigerian Media Merit Award; award for excellence by the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes, 2001; Ba’rohin Ibadan Chieftaincy title from the Olubadan-in-Council, 2009 and NUJ (Oyo State) award for contribution to the growth of Journalism, 1991, Chief Ogunshola resides principally in Nigeria.

Mr Ifedayo Ige


igeMr Ifedayo Ige holds a BSc. Degree in Banking and Finance from Ondo
State University (now Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti) and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. He also obtained a Master Degree (MSc) in Management from University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Mr Ige is also a pioneer trader on the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) trading floor also know as OTC. Mr Ige has worked at various times in Dominion Trust Ltd, Rainbow Securities & Investment Company Ltd and Oasis Capital Ltd before joining the Company in year 2006 as Head of Operations.

Mr Babatunde Dada


babs Mr Babatunde Dada holds a BA in Industrial Economics with Insurance from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in International Business Management from the University of Surrey both in the United Kingdom. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI), UK and an ISEB certified consultant. He spent 7 years working as a Quality Assurance Consultant in various organizations in the UK, most recently the Financial Times, London.

Mrs Funmilayo Ayanbadejo


ayanbadejoShe is a SAP & ISEB Certified Consultant who has worked as a process Consultant, tester test lead, system compliance and test manager for various companies in various industries sector for last nine years. She also has BSc (Hons) in business Management, MSc (Hons) in Information Technology & Management. Presently she works with GE Health Care, Amersham as ERP Programme system compliance & Test Manager.

Engr. Toyin Adeyinka


adeyinkaEngr. Toyin Adeyinka holds B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester Massachusetts, USA and M.Sc Structural Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He was one time Civil/Structural Engineer, Julius Berger and Chief Engineer (Bridges) Nigerian Railway Corporation. He is chairman/CEO of various privately owned companies.

Mr. Robert O Ijewere


robertMr Robert Ijewere holds B.A in Law (Criminal Justice) from University of Richmond Virginia, USA. He is the Managing Director of Best Foods Multi-Concepts Nigeria Limited and serves as directors in other companies.

Mrs. Jacqueline Odiadi (LLM BL, MCIArb, FCIS, MIMCON)


jacquelineJacqueline is a lawyer with over 20years post call, she also holds multiple qualifications in Management Consulting, Arbitration and is a Chartered Secretary & Administrator. She is the Principal Partner, Samuel J.O & Associates and Managing Partner, Lewis Partners Consulting (LPC). She acts as Company Secretary & Administrators to a number of Private Nigerian, South African and German Companies; she oversees their compliance and regulatory issues. She also undertakes Legal Process Outsourcing, due diligence, document verification and management needs for the smooth operations and business of the companies of The Law Firm and LPC (the consulting outfit). She belongs to a number of professional bodies including the Association of Oursourcing Practitioners of Nigeria (AOPN) and Global Outsourcing Association Lawyers (GOAL-USA). She is married with Children.
